Publishers 1/4 brown leather, a vg + copy, the leather often found in poor condition. The book is in 4 divisions angling for course, pike, game fishing and salt water fishing. "John Bickerdyke" was the pen-name of Charles Henry Cook Each sheet was numbered as it left the press, and all sheets bearing the same number are bound together, thus insuring that each copy is throughout of the same order of issue.
