Using the illustrations of the first Nicolas edition (1836) for which the publisher William Pickering used 27 of the most prominent artists of the time. Bound in the publishers grained red cloth as Coigney (78 first copy). Spotting to the frontis and title page to volume one, rubbing to head tails of the spines and lesser so to edges.
