(iv) - 63 pages, xxviii pp of adverts, landscape 8vo, following the title page index of the maps each with description. 36-line drawn maps "starting from Oxford proceed by short sections ? lined on a scale far larger than has yet been attempted". With text pages "describing in my course every likely swim for various kinds of fish and giving all the requisite information in connection with the towns and villages en route". Two pages giving distances from place to place. There is also an index to the adverts ,the adverts are fishing tackle , boating, local hotels etc. Bound in the publisher's violet cloth with gilt title to the upper cover, some old marking to the cloth, light rubbing to corners and head and tail of the spine. A scarce title not listed by Westwood or Hampton revised bibliography; one copy held in UK libraries at Bishopgate Institute. The map originally appeared in "Fishing".
